Crewman brings job messages, agreed milestones, work submissions and reviews together. Shops and installers contract directly with each other; Crewman does not perform installation work.
Payments and cancellations
Project prices are agreed between the shop and installer and shown in US dollars. The planned payment flow uses Stripe to fund milestones and transfer released amounts to installers. Crewman’s current platform fee is zero; any processing costs are shown before payment.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the milestone’s status and the project agreement. Funded work may require a cancellation agreement or dispute review. See the milestone and cancellation terms or contact support.
